We walked in to casually check out the Mazda 5 and the CX-9, and were greeted by Kevin. Long story short, we were back 4 days later after falling in love with the Mazda 5 for our family, and were very happy to buy from Kevin. He even read stories to our kids and watched Dora in the kids room as we signed the paperwork. Got a great deal and an awesome car! I've recommended Kevin to two friends interested in the Mazda 5, only 4 days after owning it. I've never felt less ripped off and more pleased after buying a new car than I have after buying this one! More

This is the second Mazda I have leased from this dealership. I went back to Sammy because he is always professional, courteous, friendly, and gave me the best deal financially he could. I received over $800 dollars in dealer kickbacks as a return customer, but the sales manager also worked more off the lease price until the deal worked for what I could put down and what I could handle as a payment. I will go back in another year or so when I have a trade in on another vehicle. I went to several dealerships on my first lease (including Kia and Hyundai), one of which I owned previously, and neither of them could come close to the price, customer service, and overall professionalism of Tustin Mazda. Bottom line, they want to sell cars and they don't waste your time with useless haggling. If they can do the deal-they will!! Very satisfied REAL customer!! More
I originally went to a Mazda dealer closer to my home and was disgusted by the "service" of the sales rep (Come on Buddy.. We've got good deals for you!). When I arrived at Tustin Mazda (OC Mazda), I was was disgusted by the "service" of the sales rep (Come on Buddy.. We've got good deals for you!). When I arrived at Tustin Mazda (OC Mazda), I was greeted warmly by Sammy. I didn't feel that he was a shark that was ready to take a bite out of me or a vulture hovering overhead. Instead, Sammy listened to my questions, answered them quickly and confidently and understood my shopping situation. (I told him that I wasn't driving away with a new car today... which I didn't.) He never made me feel pressured and actually gave me a good feeling about Mazda as well as Tustin Mazda. When I got home that night, I told my wife about my experience at Tustin Mazda and she was very intrigued. Long story short, we wound up getting two new cars (a CX5 and a Mazda3)! Great experience all the way around! I would DEFINITELY recommend Sammy and Tustin Mazda to anyone looking for a great deal and great service! More
Came to Tustin Mazda dealer on a Sunday late afternoon from Rancho Cucamonga after unsuccessfully dealing with a "local" Mazda dealer, and one that we previously bought several cars from but couldn't offe from Rancho Cucamonga after unsuccessfully dealing with a "local" Mazda dealer, and one that we previously bought several cars from but couldn't offer us any reason to buy from them. Luckily, we had the good fortune of having Shaun as a salesman. He was so patient, so informative, so knowledgeable about the products he sells .. (and this is, mind you, on a Sunday evening!) We ended up with the car and payment we wanted and the entire process was smooth and effortless. Big Mike in Finance was very helpful in offering different options and explaining things we hadn't considered. I can't say enough good things about this dealership... the guys are the best and we'll definatley be going back when looking for another car!! More
I've inquired for a used 2011 Ford Fiesta and Ozzie Rios called me the following day. I told him that I was at work with no available transportation to get to the dealership since I take the Metrolink to w called me the following day. He volunteered to drive the car to my work place in Irvine so that I was able to test drive it during my lunch hour. I liked the car, took photos, and told him that I'll talk to my wife and daughter later that night. After I got the OK from them, we decided on a price and picked up the car a few days after. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour without any stress or sales pressure. The staff was friendly and made the paper work process tolerable. I would definitely recommend Ozzie and Tustin Mazda to my friends, families, and colleagues. More
