I don't purchase cars very often as we pick good transportation and expect it to give us years of service. After doing some initial research I visited Tustin Mazda and met Jeff for the first time o transportation and expect it to give us years of service. After doing some initial research I visited Tustin Mazda and met Jeff for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. He was very helpful and not at all high pressure. He offered a test drive and he was very helpful in describing the features while letting me enjoy the pleasure of driving the Mazda 3. When I took it on the test drive, it had 6 miles on it. I did additional research and determined that I wanted to narrow the choices to the Mazda and Jeff made a very good offer and we were also able to handle the trade-in with a lot less worry than expected. It was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend Jeff and the staff at Tustin Mazda. They are engaged with the community and very hospitable providing many special services and details. His quote was extremely competitive and he clearly wanted my business. I drove to the dealership, completely anticipating some hidden costs or other underhanded stuff. No Way! James and his staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to my wife and I. They completed all of the paperwork in no more than 1 1/2 hours. No funny business. On our visit to Tustin Mazda last weekend, we were really only interested in driving a CX9, because we were evaluating it compared to the Honda Pilot. My husband really loved the look of the car, and sat in only interested in driving a CX9, because we were evaluating it compared to the Honda Pilot. My husband really loved the look of the car, and sat in all the various seats. We were helped by Lavinia, "Vinnie", Cooper. We asked if we could drive one of the slightly used vehicles and she said "sure". She was so good at pointing out all the safety features that the Grand Touring model had, that I was getting more and more sold on this car. We do not normally buy a brand new car, although the financing options were very attractive, so we started asking about the slightly used vehicles that were available. She showed us all that were on the lot, even the brand new ones that had the different color combinations. There wasn't a perfect car on the lot that met our needs and wants, but she took our phone number and said she'd look around. By Tuesday, she called and had found the perfect pre-owned CX9 in the perfect colors. I just returned from the lot and I couldn't be any more pleased with the whole experience. She is a true professional. I've bought a lot of cars in my 61 years, and this experience couldn't have gone any better for us. More
