On our visit to Tustin Mazda last weekend, we were really only interested in driving a CX9, because we were evaluating it compared to the Honda Pilot. We asked if we could drive one of the slightly used vehicles and she said "sure". She was so good at pointing out all the safety features that the Grand Touring model had, that I was getting more and more sold on this car. We do not normally buy a brand new car, although the financing options were very attractive, so we started asking about the slightly used vehicles that were available. She showed us all that were on the lot, even the brand new ones that had the different color combinations. There wasn't a perfect car on the lot that met our needs and wants, but she took our phone number and said she'd look around. By Tuesday, she called and had found the perfect pre-owned CX9 in the perfect colors. I just returned from the lot and I couldn't be any more pleased with the whole experience. She is a true professional. I've bought a lot of cars in my 61 years, and this experience couldn't have gone any better for us. More

I got a great deal without any games. I told Sammy I wanted to negotiate on total price and not monthly payment and he respected my wish. The purchase was a straightforward experience and I do not feel like I had to waste a lot of time with negotiation that is typically seen in an auto buying process. Lori was the finance person. This was again a straightforward process. She explained all the extras (Lojack, sealant, etc.) but didn't pressure me any further when I declined everything. More

They did everything to make sure I got the car of my dreams, at a price I could do and even assisted with my trade in. By far the best dealership experience I have ever had as they worked for two days to get me a car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, first or however many cars you have bought. They will make you feel special and welcome and do whatever steps necessary to make it affordable and just an amazing experience.
