Let me just tell you, I NEVER write reviews. I came on this website today because my experience at Tustin Mazda was so incredible. For the last couple of weeks, I had been doing research/getting ready to purchase a vehicle. I was torn between a couple of different cars, and I think the biggest motivating factor in why I walked out with a Mazda 2 today (besides the fact that I believe it is a great vehicle) was the way that I was treated by Vinnie. I think most of us normally think of the stereo-typical "cars-salesman" when we enter a dealership. We think we will be pressured into buying a car, and we assume they will try to "trick" us into a bad deal. Now, take that idea, and now imagine the EXACT opposite situation.. and that is exactly how I felt at Tustin Mazda. If you decide to go here, be assured you are dealing with individuals like Vinnie, Big Mike, and Lori who will treat you with respect. If you sit down and start talking numbers, you will not have to waste three hours of your day "negotiating" to receive good numbers, because the FIRST deal they give you is a GOOD deal. Although I dealt with Big Mike and Lori for a shorter period of time and they were great, Vinnie was the sales person directly helping with me, and she is by far the most pleasant sales person I have ever encountered at a dealership. Go there for yourself and find out what I'm talking about. I guarantee you, you will be as surprised by the positive vibe in this dealership as much as I was. More

I wasn't really interested in buying a car as soon as i did but the customer service and their financing options made it very easy. I called the dealership on a friday evening not sure if mazda was really what I wanted. I spoke to Jeff and asked what type of specials Mazda had going on the 3 series. I ended up going in that night and test drove a thee hatch back. Car was great now came the issue of my trade in. The used car manager looked at my old jeep and gave me some fair numbers. I told Jeff I would needed a night to think about. I have to say it is nice to work with a salesmen who sees value in not pushing a customer to make a large purchase right away. I returned the next night and purchased the 3hatchback. The whole experience took about two hours everyone involved was friendly and polite. It has been a few months since I have bought my car but I must say that the experience I had at Tustin Mazda has been a positive one and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Mazda just walk in and ask for Jeff. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. Vinnie was so warm and welcoming to me and my parents. First and foremost, the BEST DEALER IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA! Here was my situation: I went to numerous dealerships that kept declining me, not because i had bad credit, but because i had 1 vehi CALIFORNIA! Here was my situation: I went to numerous dealerships that kept declining me, not because i had bad credit, but because i had 1 vehicle already in my name with my father as a co-signer and informed all dealerships that he was going to be taking over the payments. I didn't want to be taken off of the lease because i didn't want to go through the hassle and wanted to do my best to help my dad out. Well, when i thought all hope was loss, Tustin called me and said they would like to try to help me out. I thought i'd give them a shot and the service when i walked in was exceptional! Everybody there treated me as if i were a family member! I wasn't there very long and they said i could take the car home that day and wait for an answer to see if the banks approve. Jim(sales associate) called me this morning and said i got APPROVED! I was so happy and could not ask for another dealership to work with! Jim, Eric and Heidi all have great personalities and are willing to do all they can to help anyone out! It didn't really feel like i was at a dealership to be honest. It felt like i was working with my family members that were trying their best to help me out! I could not ask for more and i will definitely spread the word to EVERYBODY!!!!!!!! :) More
