Dealership charged us over the maximum price for a part that we needed. Was disrespected when the person asked how MANY credit cards we’d be paying with, the person then failed to inform us beforehand that that we needed. We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and computer update. Sat in the waiting room for 4 hours and 45 minutes. When we arrived they said it would be about an hour.
