We were very pleased with the service received from Dave Steinbach and everyone else we dealt with. The dealership was very clean and I enjoyed the decaf coffee!! Dave was extremely knowledgable and the buying experience, while long, was great.

Recently I put Dave to the test finding me Valentines Gift for my wife Kathy, a new 2013 Scion TC. He was referred to me by my buddy Kris Shuman owner of Custom Auto Care. He thought we might be a candidate for the FRS but realized the bells, whistles, and features my wife wanted were to be found in the TC a car she has already owned for the past 6 years and was thrilled with. He went above and beyond hunting down the perfect car walked Kathy through various features of the car and how they might suite her needs. When he found the care we sat down and talked trade in on the 2007. A fair offer was made but not quite where I wanted to be on my trade. Dave made that number happen for us and the deal was made. We added several features to car. Dave new we liked sporty and helped us select the go fast good items that would fit the bill. When all was said and done delivery was on time as promised and the look of the car was amazing. My husband has always been a Ford diesel truck man and wanted a new one. So my husband started shopping around for what actually was available and came to a conclusion that it was between Ford and Toyota. We were really impressed with the Tundra from individuals who owned one and reviews we read. My husband walked into Twin City Toyota and was greated by Dave Steinbach with a handshake and a smile. Dave listened to my husband instead of just trying to sell him something, he worked diligently to meet my husbands needs. Customer service is important in my profession and I must say that Dave scored a 5+, he is a very genuine and compassionate individual, he is not pushy as we were treated other places, he also has a wonderful sense of humor which we thoroughly appreciated. The entire experience which took several visits and calls due to our conflicting work schedules and questions we had trying to decide the best truck for our needs was 100% top rate. Dave is an excellent representative for Toyota and a wonderful asset to your facility. My husband stated, "You know Dave treated us fantastic and this was a wonderful experience; if you cannot get along with Dave then there is something wrong with you." Our experience at Twin City Toyota was by far the best experience I have ever have buying a new car. Our salesman Don Hurtgen made the process effortless and enjoyable. Don followed up with us and seemed genuinely concerned that we were completely satisfied. Don is definitely a 5 star salesman! I have never left a car dealership so completely satisfied before. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and considerate.

I use to deal w/ Sapaugh, key word "use" to, till I walked into Twin City Toyota 2 look @ an 07 Tundra. All I can say is is that they have a future customer on their hands, if need be. The service was UNREAL! Everyone there was very friendly & helpful. My salesmen, Dave Steinbach, was amazing. I felt like I was dealing with a friend instead of a true salesman trying to throw everything @ me to get me to buy the truck. I have nothing but great things to say about him / dealer. Ryan and Shelley were both AMAZING!!!!! Easily the nicest sales persons we have EVER worked with!! Ryan was especially thorough and honest! I appreciated the fact that they involved me in the sale just as much as my husband. They both were easy to talk to, informative and knowledgebale. The cleanliness and atmosphere of the dealership was very nice! Everyone there was very accomodating to us and our children. This was the best buying experience that I have ever had! My wife and I had been in the market for a new Rav4 for a couple of weeks. We had already been to a dealership in south county and another in west county when we were contacted by Shelley. As the negotiating process between my wife and I and the salesmen played itself out the contrast between those three became obvious. The west county salesman promise to beat the price of any other dealership. The south county salesman wouldn't even give me a price. His approach was to try and force me to give him a price that I was willing to pay for the car, knowing full well that I didn't know the cost of the Rav4 to the dealership. And refused to give it to me when I asked. In other words, he wanted me to negotiate against my self. All the while telling me he doesn't play games when dealing with customers. To Shelley's credit she handled her business in a completely different manner. She didn't make open ended promises about being able to beat everybody else's price without knowing what they were. Neither did she try to manipulate us by using the same methods that most salesmen use. From the start she was straight forward and honest, friendly and easy to deal with. I told her what we were looking for and she gave us a price. She asked only that we call her back if we find a better price somewhere else. She offered no empty promises, just asked that we call her back. And a day or two later we did call her back to tell her she had a deal because the west county salesman that promised not to be under sold couldn't touch her price. And after dealing with a salesman that really doesn't play games, doing business with Shelley was an easy choice. If every car salesman handled their business the way that Shelley handles hers they wouldn't have the terrible reputation that they have earned. She's by far the best car salesman that we have ever dealt with and we will be buying from her again.
