My Review of Two Rivers Ford:
If there ever is a problem, their motto is "The customer is always right." The service manager is always available to address any complaints that I may have, even it it means calling the factory, FORD MOTOR COMPANY. The service department has taken care of a problem that occurred shortly after the warranty expired because they felt that it was a factory defect. They stated that the part failed prematurely, that it should have lasted much longer. I know of no other dealer/service department that would admit that a part failed "before it's time" and correct the problem without having the customer pay for the repair that was out of warranty. Please note, I have purchased several new cars over the years. More so than average.
