I was initialing pleasantly happy with the sales man Tobias, the only problem I had was I expressed to Tobias that I did not want my car payment with warranty to be more than 330. So when they came to me with a figure I was happy I stupidly that it included the warranty, which it did not. Did not find that out until two hours later at the finance part. So now I agree to car now I’m getting a used car and need a warranty especually since finance man just told me there is no factory warranty because it’s not certified. So now my excitement just went completely gone I wanted to cry because now with gap insurance and warranty it is 100 more. I did get the car with the warranty and gap insurance because car ran good and I was happy with interest rate. It funny finance guy said salesman does tell finance can’t so they don’t have any idea on what I want which in my world doesn’t make sense . If you are buy a big purchase every one should be involve and know everything, that’s common sense. Everybody was pleasant and nice and friendly. I do recommend you going but make sure they give you those figures before you go to financing sign paperwork cause that’s not fair to anybody that’s actually wrong and bad business. Cause you’re screwing people in the long run once they get to Finance and their car payment goes up. More
