Friday August 25,2023 I had my 2022 telluride in for oil change, tire rotation…. When I picked up my vehicle, once again, after being charged with tire rotation, ( The same, happened March 2021, another tel change, tire rotation…. When I picked up my vehicle, once again, after being charged with tire rotation, ( The same, happened March 2021, another telluride I own) my tires were not rotated. I immediately went into show room, oh no you will not see the manager, but few under him…. Yes they , did the I’m so sorry, and we trust you are telling the truth ( marked and video, of me doing so before dropping off Thursday august 24th- so yes I’m telling the truth! They took care of the bill, and apologized, BUT that’s not the true answer… did they change my oil filter, how do you trust one, once this happened twice! Who else did they do this to?? Once trust is broken, it’s hard to get it back. Now do I get treated right, my next trip into service department? More

Let me quote what Heath said about my maintenance package when I questioned an aspect of the "service:..."I don't care what the sales or business side of University Kia told you, this is the service department." So they are happy to sell you a 60K Telluride on one side and happy to screw you over on it on the service side even after paying up front maintenance. Never again with this dealer. If that doesn't just roll together the whole problem with the US dealer-driven car sales fiasco, I don't know what does. More
