I recommend VIP AUTO in Mapleshade, NJ, so very highly. Anthony Mergliano made the process so smooth and actually fun! Anthony Mergliano "the come to guy":D. This was an awesome buying experience. I never thought in my wildest imagination I'd be driving away with my DREAM auto. Anthony made the experience of getting a new car stress free . In my opinion he is the best salesman at this location. If it wasn't for Anthony at this location, I would have scored this A LOT less. The location has nice cars and prices but some of the attitudes from certain employees are very negative.

I went in unsure of what to expect and within seconds I felt like it was a great choice. My experience in every way was just great. Alan showed me around and found a car I instantly fell in love with and Jimmy worked with me until we could find a good payment plan. These guys are the best - I am so happy to have bought my first car with them. :)

I had been to another dealership in Williamstown who promised the world even sent friends there and they didnt deliver as they promised, I looked on line and found VIP Auto had watched numerous commercials of theirs, so i decided to apply on line, and I am glad that I did, I spoke to Jim the following day and he told me to come down and check the dealership out. My credit was very challenging but Jim and Alan got me approved for a vehicle I WANTED not what i had to SETTLE for, and it is financed under a bank so its reported to help my credit. Jim and Alan I look forward to a great relationship and if I need another car I WILL be back. I WILL also be sending my friends your way. Jim and Alan thank you again for all your hard work, you guys are amazing and truly the best experience I have EVER had. As said by another customer, I am not compensated for this statement but if you need a good car go see Jim and Alan for your vehicle needs. I am glad I did!!!!

It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. It was my 5th car I had ever purchased in my life. My very first car was my worst experience in 1988 and I hated car salesmen from then on. After that I was not friendly to them for my next 3 purchases.

But this time was totally different. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly hello and I knew it was sincere. I never felt pressured and I knew then it was gonna be okay.

I arrived to the dealership at about 7:30pm and I was driving away by 8:45pm. Not bad for purchasing a 2012 Nissan Altima! I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a vehicle. If I love them, they have got to be the best!!! I never met a car salesman I ever liked. I guess since in probably the last car I will purchase for the next 10 years, the best was saved for last!!!!!

Oh and all the cars are in great condition. The Carfax info is right on the website for you to see for free, which would normally cost a person $40. They leave nothing for wondering or guessing. They are truly the BEST!!!

I was looking online trying to find a good dealership and came across VIP Auto. I checked out their website, reviews and ratings, viewed their inventory, and watched their commercial. They had great cars that showed the car fax for each vehicle. I was a little apprehensive to complete the application because I have had bad experiences with dealers. However, I called and spoke with Jim and completed my credit application. Jim was very nice and professional on the phone. He told me to come on down to the dealership and he would help me to get into a vehicle. From the time that I stepped foot on the lot, I was treated with respect and like VIP!! They never discriminated me based on my credit history. Jim and Anthony showed me a few different vehicles that would work for me in my situation. Soon after, they found me MY CAR and it was GREAT. I honestly did not think that I would walk off the lot with a car but I did! Everything Jim said that he could do for me was done. There were no lies or gimmicks. My overall experience with VIP AUTO was WONDERFUL! I would absolutely recommend this car dealership for anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I want to thank Jim and Anthony for their hard work in finding me a reliable safe car! AT VIP AUTO THEY TREAT YOU LIKE VIP!!!! (no they didnt pay me to say that because its true)

I spoke with Jim and was very nice and professional on the phone. He told me to come on down to the dealership and would help me to get into a vehicle. From the time that I stepped into the door, I was treated with respect. They did not discriminate me for my credit history. Jim introduced me to Anthony, who showed me a few different vehicles that might work for me. After some time a PERFECT match was made. Everything Jim said that he could do for me was done. There were no lies and he was not trying to rip me off like some of those other dealers. My overall experience at VIP AUTO was epic and amazing! I recommend this car dealership for anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. I just want to say thank you to Jim and Anthony for all of their help! I also appreciate all of your HARD WORK!!
