Service dept doesn’t answer a phone, let alone return a call . My truck has been at the dealer for over a month - and it was only after finally having a service Manager paged by the operator that they real call . My truck has been at the dealer for over a month - and it was only after finally having a service Manager paged by the operator that they realized the part was never ordered that is needed for repair . Had they returned a call , or picked up the phone they may have realized this oversight sooner. Additionally there was evidence of a “joy ride” . This includes branches that were stuck UNDER both wipers, mud in the wheel wells and a bent inner rim ( dually). So this experience has been ridiculous and unacceptable. That said , the Valenti family are good people and they do an enormous amount of good for the community. That makes this review all the more disappointing. If you use the service dept - take pictures of your ride / before and after . Good luck More

This was our second new vehicle purchase from Valenti Jeep in Mystic, CT. Both transactions were seamless thanks to the entire team but specifically our salesperson Jason Crandall. Jason took the time to listen to our must haves, budget, and preferred model/trim levels. He understood exactly what we were looking for and never tried to push anything on us that was outside of that. He was extremely patient with us in searching for the exact Jeep we wanted, reserved an incoming Jeep when there wasn’t exactly what we were looking for available on the lot. After being burned by our previous longtime dealership we were hesitant about starting over somewhere else but thanks to the recommendations of friends we reached out to the internet sales team for the first Jeep 4xe we purchased. Nick was responsive, courteous, understanding and again, at no point pushy. Nick put us in touch with the team at Jeep and we we’re connected with Jason who took it from there. He made it such a wonderful, and in my opinion can often be daunting, car buying experience that we returned for a second Grand Cherokee 4xe. We highly recommend going to see Jason at Valenti Jeep if you’re in the market for a new car! More
