Honda Valley is a great Upscale Suburban dealership with friendly customer service. I specifically worked with Jab who was honest which really caught my eye. I initially communicated with Jab via email. He always repsonded in a timely manner to my mutliple questions and information requests. Once I met him at the dealership to purchase my new car, he was very friendly, knowledgable, showed me my car so I could approve before I signed any documents, continually stopped to ask if I had any questions and made the overall process extremely pleasant. Finally, once I had paid for the car, he took the extra time to sit with me in my car (until after 10PM - note the dealership closed at 9PM!) to review with my all the features (set up Bluetooth, adjust the seats, set up the radio, etc). He even helped empty out my child car seat from my trade-in! Finally, the next day, Jab called to follow-up to make sure I was happy with my new car, that I didn't have any problems, and to remind me to schudule an appt to have my accessories put on my car. Overall, Jab made the entire car buying experience from beginning to end the MOST enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had (and I've purchased a handful of cars in the past). More

I recently purchased a 2011 Honda CR-V and was thoroughly impressed by my experience not only with the dealership but also with salesman Gerry Pastore. The car buying process can normally be relatively stressful however, I could not have asked for it to go more smoothly. I have two children, which can be stressful during this process but the dealership provides a play area with a camera that feeds video onto a television in the lobby. This made it much easier to get through everything from picking out the car to finalizing the paperwork. The dealership's employees displayed much knowledge pertaining to their products and the paperwork process. Subsequently, I was honored to have been able to work with Gerry Pastore, who was more that knowledgeable and willing to assist me in purchasing my new car so that it worked with my budget and fit my needs as a working, single parent.
