This was my first experience buying a new car, and it couldn't have been better. I was still narrowing down my choice of vehicle, and he was very laid-back but informative. I didn't feel any pressure to make decisions before I was ready. When I returned to the dealership to buy the Honda, Tom wasn't working that day. Jason Smith took over and did a wonderful job! I was nervous, but he put me at ease immediately. He answered all of my questions (even questions I didn't know I had) and overall made the experience excellent. I definitely recommend this dealership. More
Gerry and Sam offered great customer service. They listened to what our needs were, and were very detailed oriented. I recently purchased a 2011 Honda CR-V and was thoroughly impressed by my experience not only with the dealership but also with salesman Gerry Pastore. The car buying process can normally be relatively stre impressed by my experience not only with the dealership but also with salesman Gerry Pastore. The car buying process can normally be relatively stressful however, I could not have asked for it to go more smoothly. I have two children, which can be stressful during this process but the dealership provides a play area with a camera that feeds video onto a television in the lobby. This made it much easier to get through everything from picking out the car to finalizing the paperwork. The dealership's employees displayed much knowledge pertaining to their products and the paperwork process. Subsequently, I was honored to have been able to work with Gerry Pastore, who was more that knowledgeable and willing to assist me in purchasing my new car so that it worked with my budget and fit my needs as a working, single parent. If you're looking to buy a new car I would highly recommend visiting Naperville/Aurora Valley Honda especially car salesman Gerry Pastore! More
I recently purchased a 2011 Honda Fit Sport form Valley Honda. My salesperson was Mario Morath and e have to say this was the most pleasant experience i have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. My search began with extensive research, a test drive at another facility of several different Honda vehicles( which my son insisted on me purchasing). As this was my first experience and introduction to the Honda line of vehicles I was full of questions. I finally decided on a Honda Fit . I began inquiring through several web sites to obtain internet pricing quotes with a full description of two possible versions of the Fit. I recievd probably 6 different responses from multiple dealerships. Mario was the first to respond, had gathered information on the vehicles I was interested in and replied immediatly with price quotes.Many other dealerships replied with wanting to talk to me and schedule a time to visit their dealerships without ever quoting me an internet price as I had asked for. It was as if they didn't even read my request. Mario had supplied me with all details including available colors they currently had on their lot and offered to locate any other vehicle I may be interested in. He then called me and we discussed the matter further. From the first email response to the first phone conversation I found Mario to be friendly genuinely interested in listening to what I wanted and my concerns. I felt as though he was helping one of his family members, demonstrating true concern and NOT just focusing on getting me into the dealership. I had made several phone calls to the dealership and each time Mario was quick to return my call if he was busy with another client.I went to the dealership and met with Mario, he had vehicles available to test drive, and coordinated my trade in quote to be done while we test drove a vehicle. I appreciate his efficient planning and concern that my time too was valuable.Ultimately I did purchase a vehivle from this dealership and have nothing but GREAT feelings about the entire transaction from start to finish. It's very hard in todays world to find sales personel that truely care about their client instead of trying to just make the sale. Mario is an outstanding salesman for Valley Honda and an employee the dealership can be proud of. I WILL return to Valley Honda and will refer anyone I know to this dealership and ask for Mario Morath, you wont be dissapointed! More
