We took our time and visited multiple area dealers and looked at several different vehicles . The day we went to Valley Subaru to look at Outbacks we were introduced to a wonderful gentleman named Mayuran (Myron) Arunachalam. This salesman was unlike any we had meet before. Kindness and courtesy radiates from Mayuran and his calm and relaxed personality put us at ease. He first took us in his office and got to know us and what we were looking to purchase. Mayuran then printed out the package we were interested in and the offers that Subaru and the dealership were currently offering. Everything was laid out for us BEFORE we ever looked inside a vehicle. What a change! Then we went for a test drive. Mayuran answered our questions with confidence that showed his knowledge of the product. The Outback spoke for itself. Afterwards, we told Mayuran that we would have to think over our decision. To our surprise he just smiled and said, "great, let me know if I can do anything or answer any questions". What? No hustle, no pressure, no desperate attempts at trying to get us to BUY NOW OR ELSE! No drag back Amazing! No phone calls bugging to come back. We were amazed at this wonderfully different approach. My wife HATES going to look at cars but wait, she is smiling, relaxed. I think she is enjoying this, wow! So, long story short, we bought a Outback from Mayuran. And felt GOOD about the entire process. It should be acknowledged that Mayuran is a US ARMY veteran who has severed our county 3 times in the Middle East. I am proud of Mayruan and this dealership for hiring a vet. It means a lot to us! Mayuran is a tremdous asset to Valley Subaru and its customers. We can recommend him without reservation should you choose to visit this dealership. It should be mention that Dion in the finance department was exceptional. Pleasant and personable. He too explained all of our options clearly and answered all our questions in a relaxed fashion. Again, no hurried fast talking hustle. Just good information for us to pick and choose from. Our brief exposure to Valley Subaru Service department has also been positive. This people is the way to buy a car. Overall, this has been the best car buying venture ever for us and we have many decades of cars and trucks purchases to our credit. Thank you Mayuran, Jason, Dion and Valley Subaru for a truly great and different car buying experience! We will be back! More

When I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Jeremy I knew I was in the right place. Things couldn’t have gone better. Jeremy was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and efficient . Best car buying experience I've had! After shopping around both on the internet and driving to various other dealers I found the best price for my 2018 Outback at Valley Subaru. Carrie Jones was the salesperson that I worked with. She answered my questions via email and was very prompt and thorough in her response. My wife and I made the drive from Greeley to Longmont on a Friday evening to look at the Outback I had chosen. I had selected a darker interior than my wife wanted, but Valley had a lot of Outbacks from which to choose so Carrie located the perfect car. The price was the same as quoted on the internet, Valley Subaru gave me a good price for my trade so there was no haggling, no hassle and absolutely no pressure from anyone at Valley. I had already road tested the Outback at another dealer so the test drive was more of a check ride in our new car. Paperwork was easy and straightforward. The part that most people dread is the trip to the Finance office, but our visit with Bill White couldn't have been more pleasant. We signed the necessary paperwork, he did explain the extended warranty option and other coverages on the car but there was never any high pressure to buy those products. I thought the extended warranty seemed reasonably priced compared to other dealers and although I have never been a fan of them, I plan to purchase the Subaru Added Security coverage. I will burn through the 36k mile standard coverage long before 3 years are up. I spoke briefly with Tom King, the sales manager, after agreeing to purchase my Outback. He was very personable. Carrie and Bill worked after hours so that I could take my Outback home that night. Carrie explained all of the features of my Outback; there are a lot of features to cover. She told me to stop back any time and she would answer any questions. Carrie went above and beyond and has followed up with me by email to make sure I have everything I need for a great driving experience in my new Outback. More

Jeremy answered all of my questions and didn't try to rush me out. The overall atmosphere was very welcoming and I really felt like Jeremy was genuinely trying to get me the best deal. My excellent car buying experience at Valley Subaru I have owned numerous Subaru's and have loved them all. Recently I had the opportunity to finance a car through Valley Subaru in Longmont, Colorado. Here is my story. I had a 2017 Subaru Forester XT with all of the bells and whistles. I purchased it from a Subaru dealer in Aurora, CO. I had that car for 1-1/2 years. Let me just say, the salesman at the Aurora dealership saw me coming. I was initially interested in a 2016 Forester I saw online that I could afford. When I went to look at it, he couldn't locate it and he showed me all of the new 2017 models. I admit that this was partially my fault, but he sucked me into all of the features of a new 2017. What I ended up with was a car I absolutely loved, but in reality, could not afford. This is where Valley Subaru comes in. After making large car payments for a year and a half, I asked a friend of mine to ask her service guy at Valley, named Rodger, if he could set me up with a non pressure sales person. I was going to try to trade in my expensive Subaru, for a lesser model that I could better afford. I walked in, and was immediately greeted by Tori, a very nice and personable sales person. She took all of my information and came back to me telling me that I actually had equity on my trade in! How often does that happen? She asked me what I would like in a new car, and I told her. She immediately showed me a 2018 model that I really liked and we test drove it. I loved it. And it was a car I could afford! Tori took care of paying off my old loan and establishing a new loan. She sat with me and explained EVERYTHING to me from the warranty, items I could keep that I already had, Starlink, etc. She even showed me how to do everything in my new car from setting up my cell phone, how to use my Ipod for music, what all of the sensors meant, what the lower paddles meant on the steering wheel. SHE did absolutely EVERYTHING. Tori is to be commended on her knowledge, her vivacious personality, and down right friendly persona. She is a HUGE asset to Valley Subaru. By the way, the sales person from my OLD dealership never even mentioned how to pair a phone, what the numerous paddles and what they did, etc. I actually called him and asked him about a concern I had, he told me to look it up in my new car booklet. For everything he did for me, SHAME ON HIM, AND SHAME ON (Shortline) SUBARU in Aurora. I will never buy a new car from the in the future. My car buying experience at Valley Subaru was the most exceptional I have ever had! I HIGHLY recommend Valley Subaru in Longmont! None better! Thanks again TORI! More

You can do a lot of research on internet and you can buy a car on internet without talking or meeting anyone. You do not want to go to a dealer with a fear that you will be held hostage or you will be evaluated how valuable you are as a customer. On the way back from the dog groomer, I decided to stop by at the Valley Subaru. And I met John who happened to be outside. He was very approachable, easy to talk to, and was interested in knowing what I was looking for. It is not easy to find out what trim I should be looking at. Despite the weather, John showed me several cars on the lot. He also let me put my dog crate in the cargo area. This is very important as my car is always the dog mobile. Some put dogs without crates, but as the former dog performance competitor, it is important to keep my dogs in the crates. (On the side note: The reason I had Prius v was that the Subaru dealer back in NY was not interested in even giving me the actual cargo area dimensions.) I did not buy the car on the spot. John gave me the trade-in price, and how much the new car would be. But there was never a hard sell or uncomfortable negotiations. I went back to meet John several days later. I ended up buying the trim which was much more than I had expected. I definitely got the sense that he did advocate for me during the price negotiations. The finance part was handled by Bill (I do not have his business card with me right now). He was very friendly and again no sales pressure. Everybody on the sales floor and service area was very friendly. What separates John from other dealerships that I have dealt with in the past is the fact that the sales contract is not the end of the relationship. I had a slight problem with my new Subaru, but he took care of it right way. I would definitely recommend Valley Subaru and John McQueen. By the way, my dog appreciated the doggie gift! More
