Jake was right there to answer our questions from the very start. He did not try to talk us into something other than what we wanted. We did not want to decide on the spot on Thursday, so Jake made 2 courtesy calls. This did get us back in on Saturday morning and we were very pleased to see how friendly everyone was. My husband was happy with the trade-in value he got and also that everyone tried to get us the best deal. For us, if was better to not take out a loan and there was no pressure to change our minds. Jake showed us around the dealership as well as giving us a great deal of useful information on the Elantra. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would tell others about Van Horn. More

When we arrived everything was exactly as described, and paperwork took maybe 30 minutes to complete and we were on our way back home with our new vehicle. More

Brandon when through great lengths to find the right vehicle for me. He even showed me a vehicle, which I purchased, that was not actually ready for customer viewing. I had the vehicle in 3 more times in the next two weeks for service and they continued to fix the issue until it was totally resolved, without cost to me. More
Joe was very busy. Had 2 sales at same time. When we bought the car, the "clean up" of the car took over an hour. This was not Joe's fault. Beware of Dealer offered financing. They are very misleading in their information provided..To the point of down-right lying to you with miss-information..Example of this would be that they tell you misleading in their information provided..To the point of down-right lying to you with miss-information..Example of this would be that they tell you that you MUST CARRY GAP insurance when financing your deal, but you CANNOT provide them with GAP insurance from your own insurance company. You MUST take it out with the dealership. THEY CANNOT FORCE YOU TO TAKE OUT GAP INSURANCE. From what I was told per my personal banker, per Wisconsin Law, the only thing that is REQUIRED for a Auto loan would be auto insurance. Also be aware when they present you with your FICO Score. The FICO score that they provided to me and my wife was 50 points lower then what our bank said it was, and both used a FICO score from the same reporting agency on the same day. They use that score to try to justify why your interest rate is so high. Seems like another way to line there pockets. Other than that, they gave us a very fair amount for our trade in and their used car prices are very reasonable. Just be sure to have financing arranged before you go to deal with them. More
