After owning various makes of cars (Honda, Jaguar, Toyota) over 30 years I have never had a worse experience. I was told my Mach-E would be ready in one day. I never even heard from my service advisor until the next day. Then he informed me that the team only worked Monday - Thursday and a software update would take 2-3 days and could only begin the following week. I had to follow up myself and was informed that my windshield was broken and I would have to pay! It took conference calls including with the owner to get a new windshield ordered and installed. I was without a car for over 3 weeks. The experience was so poor that I am thinking of selling the car and purchasing a new make of electric vehicle. Buyer beware! Frankly I am surprised they invited my to provide a rating and review. More
I brought my car in to get a new headlight. I had them put both in while they were about it. I asked them about how long it would take and he said about an hour. I bought a vehicle on November 7th, 2022. I had to put the vehicle in the shop two weeks later due to a bad timing belt and a leaking water pump. The third party warranty (Easy Care who is ju I had to put the vehicle in the shop two weeks later due to a bad timing belt and a leaking water pump. The third party warranty (Easy Care who is just as bad), refused to fix it due to the water pump leaking for an extended period of time. Two weeks after it was fixed, the engine started making a tapping sound. I found out that the vehicle had two bad lifters and two bad tensioners. I called Easy Care again and they stated that I needed the used car inspection report. I called Vancouver Ford 13 times and left numerous voicemails and no one would help me with this issue. I also spoke with several managers who stated they would help and never did. The vehicle had been in the shop for as much time as I have driven it. Vancouver Ford sold me a truck with problems and then sold me a warranty (Easy Care Warranty) that isn't worth the $3k I paid for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! More
Their customer service is awful. Waste of time and we purchased from fleet in Salem for the price we should be paying. And then in the service dept when a mistake was made, it took going all the way to the GM to get help, and he was pretty rude and didn’t seem to care. I usually don’t give bad reviews but they were brutal. I have 4 trucks, and now a Bronco, and I will drive twice as far to service them and will never buy a car there. Sorry but they really need a customer service reboot. More
We went to other Ford dealerships and we weren’t impressed. We decided to give Vancouver Ford a shot and from the moment we stepped through the door, everything went perfect.
