In 45 years of driving... the repairs on my colorado were the worst example of customer service I have ever had. They had the vehicle 3 times in a month trying to solve a gas leak problem. That lead its wa the worst example of customer service I have ever had. They had the vehicle 3 times in a month trying to solve a gas leak problem. That lead its way to one wrong repair and parts replacement after another. OBVIOUSLY, the mechanic(s) didn't know what they were doing. The service manager was real good at making up excuses with one delay after another. $900 later and..... Then, i was told that the front brakes, hub, and evap cannister needed replacement. $1300. That took a week.... LOL. If i were the owner of this chevy dealership I would fire the whole service department and get people that know what they are doing. NO EXCUSE!!!! I gave this location a shot twice... and got burned twice. Back to Farnsworth Chevy where after 10 years never had anything even close to these issues. More

Gary in service has gone out of his way several times to help us out. Not only with quick and quality service but different solutions for us. Last trip in for an oil change, they checked my tire pressure an help us out. Not only with quick and quality service but different solutions for us. Last trip in for an oil change, they checked my tire pressure and realized the truck needed two new valve stems and the rims needed to be sealed. I’ve been putting air in the tires every couple weeks but not anymore. Thanks again Gary and the rest of the service crew. More

We broke down on Interstate 90 and Victor Chevrolet Service department was able to take our Sonic late in the day. Really understanding and helpful with our predicament (essentially stranded on our 6 hour ride back to NJ). Not from the area, I've used several Chevrolet service departments and this was the best service I've ever received both in technical diagnosis and customer service.
