My wife and I were looking for a used car to replace our current used car. Nick was very friendly but more importantly he was open and honest with us. No BS. That goes a long way in my book. We test drove two used vehicles then Nick called up to Mike in the new car lot regarding 2013 Durango's. My wife loves them and wanted to test drive one but we thought they would be out of our price range. After talking with Mike and Nick about finances, Mike was able to put together an offer that met all of our financial needs the first time around. There was no haggling or High to Low strategies. This was AWESOME! I have not experienced that from any other dealerships before. Jeremy handled all the paperwork with the bank. We did not make this easy for him having some blemishes on our credit. He made some calls to his contacts and got done for us. At the same time not making us feel like second class citizens because of it. Lastly, we have a 2.5 year old daughter. She was with us the whole time. The play area was awesome. Everyone loved Savanna and took turns playing or saying hi to her. We were there for about 4 hours over two nights. I truly believe that this type of experience is driven from the top down and an experience like this will only occur at Videon! Regardless of where you live, it is worth the drive! Thank you! More

When I finally broke down to go to a dealership, I ended up at Videon Dodge Chrysler Jeep after a horrible experience at David Dodge. My salesperson, Al, was so friendly and understanding of what I needed that I no longer felt uneasay about purchasing a car. After test driving a few Jeeps I found the one I wanted and Mike McVeigh, the sales manager, gave me all my options up front so there were no surprises in the end. Overall this was one of the best experiences I have had buying a car and have already recommended this dealership to my co-workers and family. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about because I had nothing but a wonderful experience with all the people I dealt with while buying my new Jeep. Don't listen to the other reviews, you'll get a great deal, and great serivce from this dealership! More

Unwilling to accept extended warranty with free oil change. When I insisted, pointing out that the date (no mileage restriction) had not expired, they relented; but when I brought the vehicle (2003 Car change. When I returned complaining of the problem and for another oil change (again having to argue the point about my unexpired oil change coupons) I was told the leak was from my power steering line; which I was told was on backorder. After waiting over a month (the part never did come in) and tiring of the oil leaking on my driveway I took the vehicle to an independent garage for repair. In one day the stripped oil plug was repaired and the power steering part found and installed. Whether or not the stripped oil plug and damaged power steering part had anything to do with my insistence that Videon honor their service obligation; I will never know, but I will not be going back to them again for any service or purchase in the future.
