I was very pleased with the service received from Mike Borelli in the sales department when purchasing my 2025 Buick Enclave. I'm being given the run-around about the additional "Appearance Protection & Rust Inhibitor Warranty" and now my phone calls are not being returned. I feel it was a bait and switch because they are not providing the product I signed a contract for and not refunding my money. Because of that, it's making me question what else I was misled about.
