I have been dealing with this dealership for 33 years, dating back to Hastings. Thru all the iterations, sales and service has gone downhill. Fast forward to 2025. I recently had the car in for oil cha dating back to Hastings. Thru all the iterations, sales and service has gone downhill. Fast forward to 2025. I recently had the car in for oil change. I was upselled a fuel injector cleaning for $225. I refused and on my service bill, it is noted 'customer refused injector cleaning'. Why? Not a GM service requirement. My most recent visit involved a Turbo replacement covered under GM recall. Also technician noticed that lower control arm needed to be replaced-$700+. However, I had an extended warranty which covered repair & alignment. However, on the bill it was noted "customer complained of front-end vibration". I made no such complaint, never had a front end vibration, no pulling, nothing indicating a steering problem. One has to wonder, do I really get oil changes, new oil filter, and lubrication? Surely the 28 multi-point inspection is in question. I had snow tires installed, and the summer tires were never marked as to their location for rotation in the Spring. Why? I supposedly had the cabin filter replaced, but the glove box damper arm was left hanging. Why? Bottom line, upselling, poor service, questionable practices. This complaint will supposedly be forwarded to General Manger for review to improve Customer Service. In all these reviews, there appears to be no response regarding the corrections made to improve customer experience. Finally, taking a survey thru a messaging app. Whose stupid $#$^^% idea was that? More
