Scheduled an online appt at 7:30 am and when I arrived was told that they didn’t start until 8:00. When I asked why there is 7:30 appointment as an option, was told that was for proper dropping off their was told that they didn’t start until 8:00. Car was damaged in the parking lot by a transport truck. Dealership was very hesitant to take accountability. It was a chore just to get them to make contact with the owner of the transport.
