Was completely ignored and shoved off despite having purchased 3 cars from this very dealership and was wanting buy a 4th and 5th. “We’re just very busy at the moment” was the lame excuse given by sales purchased 3 cars from this very dealership and was wanting buy a 4th and 5th. “We’re just very busy at the moment” was the lame excuse given by sales person Alan (who sold me my last truck kind you) NOT EVEN A PENCILED OFFER. NOT A SINGLE BIT OF INFO I ASKED FOR WAS GIVEN TO ME. But when its dead better believe you will get phone calls and follow ups. Soon as they have a sale it’s “who are you?”. Which is sad because I had every qualification to purchase 2 brand new vehicles. Made one phone call and found a dealer that did appreciate my business. Viva Ford no longer has customer service as they once had. If you’ve shopped there before and are trying them again you are in for a disappointment. More
Ordered a 2022 Ranger. MSRP was 34k. Waited 6 months for the truck to be delivered. Once it came in they told me that I needed to pay a 4K market adjustment fee. This fee w MSRP was 34k. Waited 6 months for the truck to be delivered. Once it came in they told me that I needed to pay a 4K market adjustment fee. This fee wasn’t mentioned until I was inspecting the truck. They also lost the window sticker, and got the wrong license plate. I would recommend not doing business with these thieves if you can go somewhere else. More

Death Wobble issue. I tried to get my 2019 F350 in to the shop to fix the wobble. The Service Manager would not call me back and when I tried to contact the General Mana I tried to get my 2019 F350 in to the shop to fix the wobble. The Service Manager would not call me back and when I tried to contact the General Manager (Omar), he would not return my call either. AVOID this unprofessional dealership. More

Worst dealership I have ever gone to. The truck I was trying to purchase showed the price at $32,217, it is a 2016 Ford Super Duty F-250 SRW XLT. Decent price. Once all was said and done The truck I was trying to purchase showed the price at $32,217, it is a 2016 Ford Super Duty F-250 SRW XLT. Decent price. Once all was said and done and the papers were to be signed, the total price went up to $54,499. I had 10k negative equity so I can understand the price going to $45k, including tax, title and license. However, these morons wanted another 10k. If you value your sanity do not purchase from these car thieves. ridiculous how anyone would think we would sign and take the deal. They also told us only my wife could enter to sign the papers since it was her credit, I could not go in with her that it was company policy. Really? It was a scam so she would sign and we would be screwed. Nice try but people are not as stupid as these idiots think.... ZERO stars is what they should be rated as....... More
Dealer sold truck to Marco Gonzales then when it came in they lied about the dealer markup and then told him he couldn’t pick it up due to a service issue. When he asked when his truck was going to be done they lied about the dealer markup and then told him he couldn’t pick it up due to a service issue. When he asked when his truck was going to be done service and ready for pick up they said tough luck we decided to sell to someone else. Sad. More
If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. It's been a really rough experience from the purchase, to service, to warranty issues. My vehicle had problems, with less than 20,000 miles on it. Th It's been a really rough experience from the purchase, to service, to warranty issues. My vehicle had problems, with less than 20,000 miles on it. They are severely understaffed and cannot take care of the vehicles after they need service or repairs. I would recommend not purchasing a Ford here, but I would recommend other Ford dealers in El Paso, Shamaley Ford to be specific. Viva Ford made me want to trade in my very loved Ford, to ANY other truck just I won't have to deal with them anymore. If you are in need of a vehicle DO NOT got to Viva Ford, I would recommend rolling the dice anywhere else because the whole experience at Viva is at the bottom of the barrel. I'm going to trade in my truck as soon as possible just to cut ties with them. Also, they press you to give them 5 stars through the buying process so they looks good, they should only send these a month or two after they make the sale to see what the consumers really think after dealing with them. I am absolutely ashamed of the unethical business practices and greed of this dealership. The Salesman was polite and helpful, but after configuring and ordering a new vehicle on the FOMOCO website practices and greed of this dealership. The Salesman was polite and helpful, but after configuring and ordering a new vehicle on the FOMOCO website with him and receiving MSRP of approximately $57000, and once the long wait of production was over and the vehicle was delivered to the dealership, they jacked the price up to approximately $69000. The Manufacturer MSRP already has profit built in for all parties involved; the manufacturer, the wholesaler and the dealership all have profit built into the MSRP, but that is not good enough for Viva Ford in El Paso TX. Instead, they wanted to pad their own pockets and made the vehicle too expensive for me to afford. I have dreamed of getting this vehicle since it was introduced and arranged for an auto loan through my bank (which hits your credit rating) and excitedly told all my family and friends about the wonderful news; this, only to be dashed by greed and a lack of care by the dealership on the verge of sociopathy. If a ZERO Stars rating were available on this site, I would choose it unreservedly. I bewail the lack of ethics this dealership has shown me. More
