Ms. Olivas went above and beyond the call of duty. It is nice to know that there is still people who care about being professional. Not only was she professional but also very attentive to us, she would constantly ask if we needed anything, if we had any questions and kept us informed of the process at all times. What we appreciated the most was her utmost sincerity in everything she did for us.
