The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I called and inquired about a vehicle that I was planning on paying cash for. Not only did Nick from internet sales refer me to someone else prior to g called and inquired about a vehicle that I was planning on paying cash for. Not only did Nick from internet sales refer me to someone else prior to getting there but once I got there the vehicle was not there. They informed me that they just sent someone to get it and I had a seat. I sat with no more communication for 30 minutes without a word from anyone. Once I got up and left Onteral Woodson who was there for the initial conversation along with the sales associate Conveniently walked outside and watched me drive away. Very unprofessional dealership and I’m going to call Volkswagen corporate to forward all texts and phone logs to explain this horrible treatment. More

My VW was serviced by Michael S. for regular maintenance. I was able to drop my car early in the morning before work and picked it up after work, they worked with my schedule and kept me updated throughout t I was able to drop my car early in the morning before work and picked it up after work, they worked with my schedule and kept me updated throughout the day via text message and VM as I was not able to answer my phone due to my job.
