He is superb. Beyond being extraordinarily well mannered and professional in these changing times he explains everything that has to do with the condition and maintenance of my last purchase of a darling little VW beetle - an incomparable little errand and fun car. I feel safe with him advising me on my car. And that is paramount to me. Second the maintenance costs and the purpose is the dependability of my vehicle! The VW Downtown Chicago dealership has been renovated to a very high level and his professionalism exceeds even that. Mike recently reviewed my warranty with me as I was not able to get a response for the warranty department. I expect that if he continues to be my service professional I will keep the vehicle along time and service it at VW Downtown Chicago. The new service entrance is not clearly labeled. It looks like one would drive into the show room. I parked in front what I thought was the entrance and the 3 employees sitting on their phones had z It looks like one would drive into the show room. Once inside I was told to wait for someone. That took 5 minutes with no other information or where to wait. Returned to pick up my car to only again wait for someone who could get my car …. The same 3 people glued to their phones. More
