Very professional. They were a bit slammed, but I was still able to get my car looked at promptly. They even arranged a Lyft for me both ways. Very nice. still able to get my car looked at promptly. They even arranged a Lyft for me both ways. Very nice. More

I recant what I previously said! The service department was the issue which is completely separate from the dealership. My experience with Shaun(saleswomen), Mike(General manager), and Onteral(sales manage was the issue which is completely separate from the dealership. My experience with Shaun(saleswomen), Mike(General manager), and Onteral(sales manager) was good. They worked hard to get me a great deal and I’ll be coming back to buy many more cars knowing I’m in hood hands! More

The easiest, best, most comprehensive service I have ever had and everyone from the valet to the service manager made me feel welcome. Coming out of the pandemic, where my car sat neglected, it had a lot of had and everyone from the valet to the service manager made me feel welcome. Coming out of the pandemic, where my car sat neglected, it had a lot of catching up to do on the regular maintenance. Luis made sure I knew everything they did along the way and called with a couple of other recommendations. Now I am ready for the next 5 years! More
Very untruthful. Terrible experience for my granddaughter’s first car. They showed a used 2000 Audi TL with 88,000 miles on it that was in her price range. My son went there and looked at the c granddaughter’s first car. They showed a used 2000 Audi TL with 88,000 miles on it that was in her price range. My son went there and looked at the car while he was on a break from work. He told me that it was worth coming in to test drive it. So we did. For the whole test drive the salesman had us trying different things with the air conditioner. Changed which vents the air would come out from, recycle the air then try it with that option off. I believe the reason was the salesman knew there was a problem and the car is always blowing air. The blower motor is on no matter what if the car is running. He told us that the car needs a new condenser. Price = $900. We were fine with that. But not the blower motor always being on. Then there’s the radio problem. It’s locked and you need a code to unlock it. Salesman said it’s not a big deal. Call an Audi dealer and they’ll give you the code. It was Saturday afternoon so we had nobody to call until Monday morning. So we took him at his word. NO BIG DEAL ! Oh, it’s a big deal, we have to pay for them to pull the radio out in order to get the serial number off the back of the radio. Then we took his word when he said the floor mats were in the trunk because they just got done doing a deep cleaning of the car, inside and out. There’s no mats ! Then as we were about to walk out because they couldn’t/wouldn’t come down on the price another $350 so we’d pay $6,000 even out the door. They ended up coming down on the price of the car a whole $200. With the way the salesman deceived us he should be investigated criminally ! My son is a police officer in Wrigleyville and I’m a recently retired Chicago Transit Authority electrician. Neither one of us will be recommending this dealership to friends and family. Probably not even enemies ! More
A busy place in a hectic market. Although the team allowed me to take a test drive on short notice. The team then stayed after hours on a Saturday to help me make my purchase. allowed me to take a test drive on short notice.
