I'd recommend for the convenience of the location downtown Chicago. However, I requested some coupons to be applied and I was not given the best coupons they could offer. I understand they're very busy and try to service as many clients as possible but that's sometimes at the expense of service. Also, there was no water offered in the waiting room! More

We went to this dealership after making an appointment but when we got there the person we made the appointment was not there. We were just thrown with a person who had just walked in for work. We had tex but when we got there the person we made the appointment was not there. We were just thrown with a person who had just walked in for work. We had texted with the person we were dealing with before going to the dealership about whether the car we were interested in was still available and was told it was still available. We get to the dealership and then we were told the car was not available. The new person then attempts to find us another car that we can look at but again that car was not available even though we had to drive to another facility to find that out. We spent about 2.5 hours in this dealership without seeing any car that we were interested in. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
