The gentleman helping me was very nice and got me in & out as fast as he could. No complaints about employees. The line to enter the building took about 25 mins. The entrance is near a busy intersectio out as fast as he could. No complaints about employees. The line to enter the building took about 25 mins. The entrance is near a busy intersection and it was dangerous trying to get in line while having to block traffic on Clark street. The waiting area chairs were too close to each other so I had to move mine back a little & the music was pretty annoying. The wait time was approx. 2hrs More
