40,000 mile maintenance. Very efficient service all the way with the exception of pick up at end of service. I was told that if I texted 10 minutes prior to arrival, the car Very efficient service all the way with the exception of pick up at end of service. I was told that if I texted 10 minutes prior to arrival, the car would be waiting for me. That was not what I experienced. When I arrived (exactly 10 minutes after texting) (and fully paid prior on-line), the service rep called the car claim check number at that moment for the first time, and I had to wait 15 minutes. That was disappointing. When I mentioned that I had texted to avoid the wait, he said the car was "staged" nearby. Then why would it still take 15 minutes?? Ruined an otherwise perfect experience. But I still think you do a great job and will certainly always be your customer. More
