Everyone had a positive attitude and went above my expectations. Tristan set me up with my loaner vehicle and even grabbed my car charger and garage door opener to use while I had the loaner. Maribelle, made sure I could get my car fixed under warranty if possible and was very friendly throughout the whole process. Danny did a great job checking me out after my service was done, and was able to answer in detail about how to help prevent carbon build up on my car. From now on I’ll only use Volkswagen of Kirkland to service my car or buy a new one! More

Great people! When I first called Volkswagen of Kirkland early this year (2019), there was snow on the ground and my car was not suited for snow, so Seth Jorgenson When I first called Volkswagen of Kirkland early this year (2019), there was snow on the ground and my car was not suited for snow, so Seth Jorgenson brought to me the car I wanted to consider. He was very knowledgeable and he made selecting and buying a car easy for me. He even managed to dig out and take my trade-in to the dealership! It was a very good experience and I love my new Atlas.
