Yes, we had a major recall that resulted in a follow-up whereas they had to remove and replace the entire intake portion of the engine due to carbon build-up. Our recent visit was for a subsequent recall for the Ad Blue heater assembly. We have had multiple 10K mile services and also had VW Kirkland sell us a new set of tires. With all these visits they have been nothing short of awesome. They provide loaner cars, work around my schedule, and have been very accommodating. And Danny, he's the best. More

Biggest mistake of our life. I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life! My wife and I bought a vehicle from here, the finance manager didn't submit our paperwork I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life! My wife and I bought a vehicle from here, the finance manager didn't submit our paperwork on time, so they retracted the loan and proceeded to pull our credit SEVEN times to find someone else to finance us- when we were only going to finance with Capital One- a hard hit, which decreased our score by 80 points- without our permission. I spoke to Ryan, the finance manager and asked him multiple times why he didn't submit the paperwork and he never had an answer. Instead when you tell him that they pulled your credit 7 times, he hangs up on you. He has taken full responsibility for not submitting our paperwork on time and I have seriously had enough. My wife has already gone to the Attorney General, the BBB and The Federal Trade Commission. We no longer have a vehicle, and because they hit our credit so many times, we dropped down dramatically in our score and are now not approved for our vehicle after 2 months of having it. We have also consulted a lawyer as well who has agreed to take the case on. Beware, stay away from this dealership and know that they are no honest in who they are, by any means. More
