Highly recommend for any new, or pre-owned vehicles. Gave options for vehicle I was looking for, and Volkswagen. Even the manager was very friendly and not pushy. Ultimately I had a specific color and car I wanted, and they didn't have that in stock ,but he looked high and low to help me find it. Was beyond gracious when I said I found what I wanted elsewhere. The crew at VW South Charlotte were great. I was able to contact them online and discuss the car and my needs from over 4 hours away. When I came in there was a hiccup with my ID and the staff was patient and supportive as I worked out the issue and even helped deliver the car to me when it was time to pick it up.
