Found a used Atlas at VW of South Charlotte. Went to test drive and met Matt. Matt was extremely helpful. He showed us two cars. We picked the one I had initially called about. The purchasing process was smooth. With test driving two cars and then finally purchasing one of them it took a total of around 3-4 hours which seemed to be good. The car we purchased had been serviced by them for the life of the car however it wasn’t certified but I felt confident that they took care of it based on how well maintained it looked. I would continue to take it there for service however it’s a bit far from where I live I would recommend VW South or Charlotte. More
