I had been scouring marketplace and other sites for another used car after mine died a month ago. I wandered to the VW of South Charlotte's website to peruse their inventory after getting ghosted by a another used car after mine died a month ago. Ten minutes after filling out an online interest form a cheery Chris Handy called me. I was in the car traveling back home from the beach and said I'd swing by around 2:30 PM. I got there a little early and was expecting to do some research and possibly come back later based on a self-assessment of my finances. I was in and out of the dealership and driving off the lot with a 2023 Jetta so fast it seemed unreal. The gentlemen from the finance department Mr. Alex Terrell was swift and kind. Between him and Chris Handy this process was a breeze. I've had more trouble trying to buy a soda from the store. This is what car sales should be like. Hassle-free negotiating with affordable terms and bumper-to-bumper coverage. FYI...actual time I arrived at dealership was 2:17PM. Parking at my house with new car at 4:20PM. Highly recommend coming here for above and beyond customer service. Also, when I first moved to Charlotte in 2016 I drove a 2012 Jetta I would bring to this location for service and I never had a bad experience. This place is solid all around, period. I can't remember the woman's name at the front desk but she was super nice and got my babygirl some snacks and drinks. Did I mention that? Had my seven year old kid with me and she didn't have time to complain about being there too long. She was actually disappointed when it was time to leave because she wanted to play a little more.
