The one recommendation would be to reduce the wait time at vehicle check in, There was no meet and greet just people standing at the Service doors. If your check is 10;15 should be 10;45 to complete the ch at vehicle check in, There was no meet and greet just people standing at the Service doors. Advisor said there were no notes, so I had to repeat my service request again. Also I was asked if I wanted a car wash, but this was not done. If there isn’t going to be a car wash don’t ask if you like one. More
For the most part I was pleased however I had to come back the following day to fix a problem that I did not come in with. I waited for 1.25 hours in the waiting room before asking on the status. That was a waste of time. They asked if I wanted my car washed. I said yes. My car was dirtier than when I dropped it off with water spots and dust. I went straight to the car wash when I left the dealership. Reece and staff are very nice. A bit of frustration, that’s all. More

The buying experience was as classically miserable as anyone has ever experienced. Sales representative was disorganized; finance representative was slow and didn’t know what he was doing. At least they got the VIN wrong on the original paperwork, so that had to be done over. I had higher hopes for service. With a little over 2500 miles and 6 months ownership under our belt, a crack developed in the windshield in front of the lane assist cameras while the car was parked overnight. We had purchased the windshield insurance, and scheduled a replacement coincident with the first scheduled maintenance (2 week lead time). We brought the car in, but when it was time to pick it up, we were told the subcontractor had canceled the replacement appointment. We left the car there for another week. When it came time to pick up the car, we were told the Volvo replacement windshield had not come in yet, so it wasn’t done yet. We’ll have to bring it back AGAIN. Let’s just say I will be looking for another dealer. We love the car, but as a 40+ year Volvo owner, Swickard is not measuring up to the standard we’ve experienced elsewhere. More
