In summary, a two hour repair (two days max if the necessary part needed to be ordered) took one week. I was not told the truth when I inquired about the status of the repairs. At the end the manager of the service department helped that the repair was finally done. It is important to note that my cost of the repair included one week of car rental. The company did not provide a loaner vehicle which was offered to me at other Volvo service locations. Although this was the worst experience I have ever had with Volvo service (and I will not go back to the Bellevue location) I should say that the necessary work was done well at the end. More
