I have an XC40 Recharge (Volvo). At the point of service there seems to be a lack of thorough knowledge about this new EV. Not sure who to blame, probably Volvo (who made the sale), but it was the dealer wh there seems to be a lack of thorough knowledge about this new EV. Not sure who to blame, probably Volvo (who made the sale), but it was the dealer who made the delivery. Vehicle still does not work with the Volvo on-call app - a month after delivery. Otherwise, a great vehicle and I believe service people that are almost as frustrated as myself. More

Bridgewater Volvo service is second to none. Nuno and his team of mechanics go out of their way to give excellent service. My recent car repair started out as a nightmare at Edison Volvo. However, once the car was towed to Bridgewater the nightmare was over. The Bridgewater service team turned a stressful and frustrating experience around and restored my faith in the Volvo brand. More
