Very difficult time. Placed deposit on car I wanted - then it was sold to someone else. Unable to get the same car to replace it. Found another car, less expensive msrp but quoted the same lease cost and had a color I didn’t want. Came in to complete purchase and spend 2 hours at the dealership and still wasn’t able to get the approval despite sales rep saying everything was in order. Had to fly back 4 days later and finally complete the purchase. Bad experience! More
