I could not have had a better experience! Met Jack on Friday and we drive an XC60 and an XC90. He was pleasant, not pushy and really answered every question that I had. We weren’t able to mak Met Jack on Friday and we drive an XC60 and an XC90. He was pleasant, not pushy and really answered every question that I had. We weren’t able to make it back until the following Monday and the XC90 that I was really hoping to buy had been sold. Jack was able to find the car that I wanted and we made a great deal and drove home in a new XC90. Jack was great as was the finance manager Howar. Volvo of Lisle came through! More
