It was a painless and pleasant experience as they have a very nice waiting room with comfortable chairs to relax in while your car gets checked out. When I was first looking for a car I contacted the dealership via email with some questions and got them answered the next day. When I finally made it out to the dealership John and myself went to test drive a few models I was interested in and ultimately got saddled up a few hours later. The process was very smooth and John was great in answering any questions I had. When I came back in a few days later, John showed me all the features that the car had to offer and to make sure I knew where everything was located. While we chose not to drive the car there, it was exciting and everything as advertised. It was one of the best trips we have ever taken. Hassle free, friendly people and exciting adventure.
