This is our second Volvo purchase from Volvo of Lisle and this time was easier than the first (and the first was pretty easy). He was not at all pushy, and was very straight forward with everything, including their cost of add-on accessories. To know their cost and to know that they weren't overly marking items up, felt very reassuring. It was refreshing to have an "open book" situation where everyone knew what was at stake. When we left with our new car, we felt like we had gotten a great deal and were treated fairly. We looked at several used cars at other dealerships, and this is the only one where we didn't feel like we were being pressured by typical "car salesman" tactics. If you want to be treated with respect and human decency, I would definitely recommend the folks at Volvo of Lisle. More
