I am not one who will usually write a review and not usually about a car dealer. I just bought a used XC40 from Volvo of Westport and it was one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealer. From my sales person Jason Sandel who was so helpful no pressure explained all about the car to me and Mike Messina in finance went over all financing with me. I am extremely happy with my purchase and Jason has been very helpful in responding to me emails and questions. I would highly recommend Volvo of Westport for your next luxury car purchase. This dealerships repair prices are outrageous. We recently had our Volvo x90 starter replaced and the total cost was $2k. We didn't have a choice because the car was towed there,.but this is doubl We recently had our Volvo x90 starter replaced and the total cost was $2k. We didn't have a choice because the car was towed there,.but this is double than what it should normally cost. They also wanted us to replace the battery at $1,100. The battery is $200 brand new. Prior to that we paid nearly $4k for new brakes and 2 rotors they insisted were bad. I'd avoid taking your car here. Dealerships make their money off of servicing, hence those "free oil changes", but this place is robbing their clients. More

Went to test drive a car on a Saturday and worked with William. He told me he would be back on Tuesday so I sent him an offer and never heard back. I emailed Matt the manager early on Wednesday an offer t William. He told me he would be back on Tuesday so I sent him an offer and never heard back. I emailed Matt the manager early on Wednesday an offer then William miraculously writes back saying he can offer the car at a higher price. I said ok I will accept your offer. He then comes back and said the sold the car already. I call him back he said he was out all day and didn’t see my offer. Then I ask to speak with Matt the manager and he says William was actually there on Tuesday but can not take care of multiple clients at once. Matt also said his dealership is to busy to respond to people who do not offer full price right away. I would stay away from this dealership and especially William and Matt as they are to busy to take care of people. Other dealerships do care about the customer experience but no Volvo of Westport More

The vehicle has "high mileage", thank you Volvo, and needed some work. The happiness for me was the recommendation by Volvo of Westport. It was to do nothing! That's right, you read it right!
