Instead, he took the time to understand my needs and budget, then showed me a few options that fit the bill perfectly. Andrew's knowledge about the cars was impressive. He answered all my questions thoroughly and explained the features in a way that was easy to understand. He even took me on a test drive for each car I was interested in, making sure I had plenty of time to get a feel for it. Overall, thanks to Andrew, my car-buying experience was actually enjoyable! He made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

Waited 6 months for the car to be built and never received an update from Schumacher. Not even one call to acknowledge they were still waiting on my order. Then once it came in, I was constantly told received an update from Schumacher. Not even one call to acknowledge they were still waiting on my order. Then once it came in, I was constantly told to come in and buy it or they would sell it to someone else. I had to wait one week on my bank to authorize the loan and I was so worried that my car would be sold so someone else. Salesman barely knew stuff about the hybrid model I was purchasing. I just went online for answers. Never going back to Schumacher for anything. More
