Thanks Sean My car was making a horrible noise. I took it in and Sean diagnosed the problem which was a panel that had fallen down after I drove over a curb. He My car was making a horrible noise. Worst experience-after 2 weeks of trying to get a service appt for recalls I drop it off the night before and get a call the next day to say it was done but they had an “incident”- they left the pass service appt for recalls I drop it off the night before and get a call the next day to say it was done but they had an “incident”- they left the passenger window down overnight and it has been raining for days. When they brought it out I felt the floor boards and water pushed up. It was soaked still, both front and back. The guy said he didn’t know the floor mats came out. I refused to take the truck as is and they kept it for another day to dry it out , this is a 2015 Explorer with leather seats and only 3800 miles-it’s a new truck! The worst part was no one said “ I’m sorry- all I got was “what do you want me to say”. More
