I came in for a suspension sound and a reason as to why my temp light came on. They let the car idle while they checked it and the radiator blew because my fan wasn’t working. I had to pay for the installa my temp light came on. They let the car idle while they checked it and the radiator blew because my fan wasn’t working. I had to pay for the installation of a radiator when if they weren’t letting it idle they would have caught it was just the fan only. Then I had to speak to a manager because the advisor hiked the price on me after telling me one price for two days straight. Then he called and said he needed to give his guy something for tightening a bolt on my sway bar links. I’m a mayor, municipal magistrate, pastor, and on diverse state boards and I never want to give this type of service to anybody in my state. There was very little integrity and transparency. I paid $1200 for a fault of a technician letting the car idle in one spot forever AFTER the temp light was on. This was told to me by service advisor. More

I may have just gotten lucky, and gotten a good representative...and that is just what he is, too... He's not just a Service Advisor, he's a representative for the customer as well... It's nice to have someone represent your interests, he did a great job... I must say, I think this might have been the best dealership service experience I've ever had, if I were to be honest. I'm considering switching, and having all my basic maintenance done here as well; moving forward... Im quite impressed. More

Having recently purchased a new GM from this dealer, I highly recommend it. My last Yukon and dealer left a little to be desired.
