My Review of Wally McCarthy Pontiac GMC:
Dealership was asked to simply rotate the tires. They failed to properly replace the hubcap and now it is lost. But the real disgrace is how they reacted when faced with the problem. The man in the parts department looked at the hubcap and said the mechanic must not have tightened the screw to fold the hubcap in place. However, everyone else at the dealership refuses to admit it is their fault and they refuse to replace the hubcap. Now, keep in mind that I purchased a brand new $35k - $40k vehicle from them and they are unwilling to work with me to replace one little hubcap.
