Issue resolved The purchase of my new Murano was pleasant, however, it was discovered after all the paperwork was signed that the electronic chip that runs the GPS, The purchase of my new Murano was pleasant, however, it was discovered after all the paperwork was signed that the electronic chip that runs the GPS, Bluetooth and other programs was missing. I was told that a new one would be available in 24-48 hours. I had to call and check two days later, was told it was not there yet, but would be in 24-48 hours. I had to call again in two days, no one had let me know that it was available, so I asked to come in and get it installed right away, since I use the Bluetooth a lot. I went in, the chip did not work. Billy Fuccillo Jr. who was nearby, got involved and immediately the car and chip went into the shop and 30 minutes later it was ready. It is clear that Mr. Fuccillo is focused on customer service with a can-do attitude, but he might want to ensure that his employees are a little more versed in the technology in the cars. It was apparent that, while wanting to be of help, more than one employee wasn't familiar with the technology and then didn't know what to do next. Overall, my experience was good. Anyone can sell a Nissan car, they are that good, the difference in dealerships, I think, is in the ongoing relationship and service. I'm hoping the service department will be top-notch, I'd like to continue to deal with Mr. Fuccillo, Jr. More

Not consistance in the Service Department The Customer Service is not consistent. Some associates are very friendly and efficient and others are spotty at best. Update to my last review. I wrote the last review about buying the brand new 2014 Nissan Altima and then having the dealership damage the car. I will say that I wasn't expecting much from my past experiences with car dealerships but I was wrong. Bill Fuccillo Jr. called me personally and told me whatever it takes he would resolve the issue. Billy was friendly, understanding and professional. He took the time to understand the situation and correct it. Billy really knows the true definition of great customer service. The issue is in the process of being resolved and I'm very happy with the resolution. Thank you Billy Fuccillo Jr. for what turned out to be a truly exceptional experience! More

Worst customer service and MYLES IS THE RUDEST SALESPERSON I would never recommend anyone come here because you will sit for hours when you supposedly are getting your HUGE deal NOT! Myles gave us the wrong ca I would never recommend anyone come here because you will sit for hours when you supposedly are getting your HUGE deal NOT! Myles gave us the wrong car when we sent him the number via a text. We made him aware there was over a half dozen altimas with cracked front bumpers. He said the car was ready the 17th of March... Surprise we went the following day it WAS NOT READY... Therefore after over two and a half hours it got dark they pulled around with our brand new 2014 nissan Altima... Five miles down the road we stopped to eat I inspected the car out underneath parking lot lights and there was a cracked front bumper!!! Immediately I tried to call Myles back and got the run around for about thirty minutes... Myles calls me back and says this is the car you picked out REALLY MYLES??? First off I would hope brand new cars aren't being sold with any defects... Second that's not the car we picked out!!! When we brought it down there the following Monday the car was there for an entire week... We go to pick up the next Monday and the NEW BUMPER IS NOT FASTENED ON EACH SIDE!!! REALLY??? Again when we tried talking to Myles he talked over us and walked away... When we left another sales associate said he didn't know where MYLES WAS??? Not even a week later on our vacation we look out to see the plastic guard under the bumper is hanging down in the ground!!! SO NO I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! WHEN THE SALES DONE AND THE PAPERS ARE SIGNED YOU ARE NOTHING TO THEM! More
