Unfortunately a key piece of a wheel swap was missed so I had to wait an additional hour+ at the dealership after being called in to pick it up. The people are awesome, but it seems like the service departme had to wait an additional hour+ at the dealership after being called in to pick it up. The people are awesome, but it seems like the service department always falls one step short. They stripped or ruined a lug nut or something and didn't inform me until after they fixed it and made me wait an hour, and this was after forgetting four spacers on all four wheels that would've caused another trip to the service department. Find a local that you can trust. More

It was a pretty good experience, They were quick and on top of everything, and the guy that helped with the purchase, Scott, was fantastic. When I brought the car the wrench light was on indicating low oil and when I left the wrench light was still on.. So that sent me into a bit of a Panic for a few days until I called the center itself and they told me that it’s possible the technician forgot to turn that light off. I then I had to do some research on my own and turn it off myself. Besides that, it was a good experience. More
