Dealership gets better and better. I can only imagine how many buyers walk out of dealerships when the games at the back office begin. My experience was the opposite. Kept his cool when I made a mistake and without him knowing it, an unrelated conversation made me think of my daughter and then, her car needs. So I am going back there in a week to have my daughter test drive a Mitsubishi Sport. I said the dealership gets better and better. I bought in 2011 (102,000 miles and still going strong) which is now my son's car, and then I leased in 2014 and traded that lease today for a 2017. Carol Barnao was the sales representative who I worked with the past couple of days, and I ended up getting the correct car. Martin Nix the manager solved another problem I had, aka, what I could afford. He made sure I did not get in over my head with the "Tourning" trim and am very happy with what I purchased. I recommend that you talk to Carol first, if possible, and then listen to her questions carefully. Because she will steer you in the right direction, as opposed to selling what inventory the dealership needs off the lot. If you are reading this, then obviously you know that the Mitsubishi line offers great value no matter the model or trim. I've been in more hyped brands that others drive but I keep coming back for more. More
