My Review of Warren Henry Infiniti:
My husband and I would recomment this dealership to everyone because of the kindness, and attention that we received. We have dealt with Mr .Geovanny Salazar,Ms.Valentina Pena,and Mr. Eduardo Molko. In particular, these individuals were so very knowledgeable when explaining all the technical,and financial concerns that we had. When we visited the dealership we immediately had a very good feeling entering the doors. We were treated with respect and was shown wonderful hospitality as well. No question was ever a problem. Each and everyone one of the above mentioned sales people exceeded our expections. It has been a little over a year since I am using an Infinity. It was one of the best decisions that I ever made. I love my vehicle. My husband also loves it so much so that he has a different car (a sportscar) and has decided to also get a Infinity now that his lease on his present car is up. Besides that, my brother-in-law is getting an Infinity for his son. All at Warren Henry Infinity in Miami. We all live about 1 hour north of Miami but it is so worth it to deal with this dealership. We all know that we live in a world that is so cruel, and hard today. People are living in very difficult times both financially and emotionally. My husband and I believe that attitude in life is everything. Well let me assure you that these people at Warren Henry Infinity have a GREAT attitude. No pressure, just pleasure.
We certainly hope that the appropriate people will acknowledge the three sales people that helped us in making a decision. They deserve to be commended for a job well done.

My experience at Warren Henry Infiniti was simply amazing. I loved how I was able to get a new car in a painless fashion, dealing with Larry Zinn. He catered to my every need and didn't pressure me into anything. His honesty made me feel very comfortable and at home. This is truly the way the car buying process should be. I would never buy another car unless its from Larry Zinn! I was treated with the upmost respect and in the end I I got a spectacular deal on my dream car made possible by Warren Henry Infiniti and Larry Zinn. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and encourage people to purchase their future vehicles from the dealership stated above if you want a straight forward and painless car buying/leasing experience. I will continue to use Larry Zinn and will refer him to ALL of my friends and family.

Si quieren recibir un servicio de clase mundial al comprar su carro nuevo, este es el lugar! Antes de ir Warren Henry Infiniti fui a otros 4 concesionarios de marcas del mismo sector de la competencia, y sin entrar en detalle acerca de los autos en si (que por cierto el precio/valor que obtienes con la compra de un Infiniti no lo conseguí con ningún otro fabricante); la atención que recibí de los vendedores de la competencia se resume con la siguiente frase:" Sr. Si Ud. No vino dispuesto a comprar su carro en este preciso instante y no esta seguro si le van a aprobar un crédito con su récord, por favor, no me haga perder el tiempo y vuelva una vez que ya haya solventado esos temas".
Sin embargo, en el momento en que entré a Warren Henry y le dije a Mario que estaba apenas comenzando a ver vehículos y que iba a tomar una decisión luego de estudiar por unos días las opciones a el no le importó, de hecho me comentó que así es como se compra un carro. Y enseguida comenzó a enseñarme todos los carros que podían satisfacer mis necesidades. Cuando por fin conseguí uno que me encanto, le dije que iba a traer a mi esposa a verlo al dia siguiente, a lo que me contestó: y por que no vamos a mostrárselo nosotros para que lo pueda ver ella hoy y estos próximos días analicen los dos las opciones de compra? Eso me pareció excelente, atención al cliente en su máxima expresión.
Bueno, para no hacer el cuento mas largo, el proceso continuó y en el momento de la aprobación del crédito, Geovanny hizo todo lo que pudo para que me aprobaran exactamente lo que necesitaba y como lo necesitaba.
Nunca me sentí presionado para que comprara el carro, me dieron un excelente precio y ademas me atendieron como si era el 5to vehículo que compraba en ese concesionario.

I highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members. The buying experience was excellent. The sales person, Mario Guerra was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, extremely polite,courteous and had a tidy and clean cut appearance. He took me step by step and explained the advantages of either leasing or purchasing my new vehicle. He wasn't bothered by the many questionsI had to ask, because this was my first time ever purchasing a vehicle. Mario even took the time to introduce me to the manager, gave me a tour of the dealership and once the purchase was complete, showed me the service department and helped me make my first appointment. At no moment did I feel any pressure to buy a certain car, Mario listened to my needs and gave me various choices. Being my first time, I test drove around 6 vehicles and Mario was genuinely happy to help me, I'am very happy with what I picked out and the deal I received on the vehicle was phenomenal. I was very pleased with my expirience at Warren Henry Infiniti and with the wonderful attention I received from both Mario Guerra and the staff.

My Review of Warren Henry Infiniti:
From the second I walked into the door at Warren Henry Infiniti, I immediately had a feeling of warmth, which is not what most people can say when they walk into a car dealership, especially being a single woman. I was warmly greeted immediately with a smile by a single staff member, Larry Zinn, and offered a beverage. I loved the personal touch of only being greeted by one person and not having a bunch of sales sharks standing by the door to attack you. The dealership was immaculately clean and there wasn’t any clutter or unnecessary promotional items around the showroom.
The sales staff genuinely listened to my needs as far as a vehicle make, model, color, lease options and pricing. I never felt pressured to deviate from my plan or had a feeling that the sales staff was steering me otherwise. For the first time in my life, I didn’t feel like I was being treated differently because I was a single woman in a car dealership! I always felt in control and that I was making the best decision based on my needs, not the sales staff or their company sales incentives.
During the test drive, Tunch was extremely knowledgeable about all of the different Infini cars, features, packages, upgrades, and competitor vehicles that I was considering. As a person who has been in many accidents, Tunch took extra time to go over all of the important safety features with me and I never felt like there was a question I couldn’t ask him or that I was wasting his time.
While I was in the negotiation process, Larry was asking me every question possible to make sure that I was getting any rebates or other promotions that I qualified for. This made me feel confident that I was getting the best price possible. This is the first time where I didn’t have to do my research ahead of time and be on top of the staff to make sure I was getting the best possible promotions and rebates. How refreshing?! I never felt like I was being up sold, asked to spend money outside my means, or add any packages or features that were unnecessary for me. This gave me the confidence that I was getting the best possible car to fit my needs at the best possible price.
During my lease signing, Saqib was very thorough going through the contract and making sure I clearly understood and completely comprehended my contract before signing it. I never felt rushed through the process or pressured to sign something I wasn’t 110% confident I knew everything about.
Between Larry, Tunch, and Saqib, this was the most stress-free and easy lease process I have ever gone through. It was an absolute delight to work with these individuals. I was given exceptional service from beginning to end of the transaction. I would highly recommend Warren Henry Infiniti to anyone and especially to women who are sick and tired of being treated differently at car dealerships because they are a woman! This is my first car from Warren Henry Infiniti and I look forward to my continued relationship with the Warren Henry dealerships and becoming a Warren Henry customer for life.

My Review of Warren Henry Infiniti:
After the deal was confirmed with the sales person, finance person suggested to close the deal next day as it was late in the day and it seemed reasonable. Next day when I went to the dealer they wasted my 3 hours and then at the end of day said it is too late and not all the banks are replying and without giving me a detailed explanation asked me to come 3rd day. Very good, I went to dealer on third day and they started the process after 90 minutes putting me in waiting room. When the deal papers were made , I found out the specifications of the car as confirmed during the deal were changed. So I called the sales person Mario, who agreed that the specifications are not he same agreed upon, but still the manager Ismith will not change the specification and so after three days of back and forth, I have to cancel the deal due to lack of trust in dealer and poor customer service. ( I felt it like hiding complete information, from customers.

We have been exceeding customer expectations in South Florida for over 35 years. We have thousands of loyal customers and raving fans. We also employ hundreds of hard working and honest people, many who have been with us 20+ years.

Your review is not a fair assessment of the situation and is damaging to the reputation of the dealership and the employees you mention.

I understand your upset that we were unable to work out the purchase in your favor, but your request became unreasonable. The accessories we agreed upon, was selling you the JX at one price. After you successfully negotiated a substantial discount, we were unable to still include those accessories.

I know that if you would consider meeting with us again, taking a tour of the dealership, and meeting the many people involved in the purchase and service of your new Infiniti, you would want to join our family.

I',m sorry you decided not to reconsider posting your review, I hope you will reconsider the purchase of your new car with us !

Wonderful experience. EVERYONE was friendly and welcoming without being overbearing. The staff and in particular, Giovanna (Sales Person), Ismet (Sales Manager)and Saqib (Finance Manager) were terrific. They went out of of their way to make my experience as positive as possible.

After the sale was complete, Giovanna made sure I understood everything in my car and was extremely patient in doing so.

Overall, a very positive experience and HIGHLY recommended.

In December 2011, I purchase an FX35 2012 from Warren Henry Infiniti dealership, it was a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent, everybody was very friendly, professional and making sure that I as a customer was happy. The sales manager Ismet is such a courteous, professional, genuine person whose goal truly is to make every customer happy. His focus is truly customer satisfaction for he made every effort possible in making me have the car of my dream. Yolanda and Geovanny you guys are the best! you went above and beyond in getting my old car towed to my house and getting me the best interest rate in financing. Thank you guys for your kindness, patience, and diligence. I would strongly recommend this dealership above all others for i have gone to some of them prior to Warren Henry's, the experience was not positive. I urge you to visit their dealership and meet their manager Ismet and you will understand why you would not walk away without the car of your dream and a smile on your face.
