The dealer & his employees are awesome. Warren Zinn, the dealership owner, went out of his way to help me select a new Jaguar as a surprise for my husband's retirement day. Danny made a special trip wit the dealership owner, went out of his way to help me select a new Jaguar as a surprise for my husband's retirement day. Then Mario, flat-bedded the new surprise car all the way to our home (an hour away) complete with a huge red bow atop the hood. My husband was shocked and so surprised. He loved the car. Mario stayed after 9:00pm to explain all the finer points of operation of the XKR. Every person on their staff was exceptionally courteous, helpful, and expeditious. Alana did our paperwork very thoroughly and lightening fast. This was the most pleasant luxury car buying experience I have had. We will always buy our vehicles at Warren Henry. First off let me say I purchased my first Volvo (240GL) from this dealership in 1981 at their old location so I have a history with them but it also says something that after all those years I keep coming from this dealership in 1981 at their old location so I have a history with them but it also says something that after all those years I keep coming back. After discussing the price on the phone with Internet Mgr. Carlos Sacasas, I drove from South Dade to the dealership to purchase the car. There were initially some hiccups in the process but eventually we closed the deal and my wife is delighted with her new Volvo. I can't speak highly enough about Mr. Barditch the sales Director and Mr. Zinn the owner, they truly care about the Warren Henry name and make sure the sales team treats the customers with amazing respect. Honestly, this is the way a dealership of this level should be with all their clients. It's the reason I will come back again and again to do business here. Currently, we are waiting for a missing part that was promised with the delivered vehicle but hopefully it will be installed soon. I will update this to let you all know what the outcome was. More
