I see a lot of old reviews , but my husband had none of those problems and was very happy with sales and finance people. He is elated with his Audi 3 and feels like he got a very fair deal. He traded in our 2021 Ford Ecosport Luxury orange with 4700 miles on it and they gave him $20000. for it. Frankly, we don't give a xxxx what they sold it for, they are a business. Brought in trade in-refused any trade in value. Had Jeep priced at $10,000.00 above 4 comparable. Offered cash, but manager refused to even provide a counter offer. These are bottom feeders. I had a verbal agreement to purchase a vehicle cash. After more than a week of waiting with numerous follow-ups where I was assured that conclusion of the deal was merely Awaiting on finalization of the paperwork and final owner/supervisor approval, I was told that the vehicle I was sold out from under me. This not only represents poor customer service but also dishonest business practices. As an active Duty Service member, I am appalled and believe this location should have it’s dealings reviewed by Kia Corporate. More
