Advertised a deal and when I told him I'd take it, he said he'd get back to me, never did, I guess they wanted more then the advertised sticker a real rip-off. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP 95% OF THE REVIEWS CANT BE WRONG. When I tried to talk to a Sales Manager, I was given the run around an a False name of someone who the receptionist told me qoute "there is no Keith here" I attempted to call another name person they just didnt return my calls, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & SLEAZY TACTICS.I WILL NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF GOING HERE ANGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THEM I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. More
I went to this dealer, because it was local. The salesman did his job, and then as the routine goes he went off to see if he could get the deal done with the manager. The salesman returned with the mananger did his job, and then as the routine goes he went off to see if he could get the deal done with the manager. The salesman returned with the mananger, who said he could make the offer we made happen, and shook on it. Foolishly I took this man at his word and returned with my wife so she could test drive the car and complete the transaction. When it was time to signe the papers, all of a sudden the handshake and number we had agreed upon went out of the window, by about 1,200 When I asked the manager about his word that the he could do that number agreed on the work sheet. His pathetic reply was I don't put myself out there. Well, to say the least negotiating was over, and we left. No sooner I got home, the salesman called me, and said that he had talked with his general manager, and that if I returned he would work the deal out for me. I returned, and signed all the purchase papers on the original agreed price. Again he went to see that manager, and to my amazement he came back and said he could not make the deal, and that I would have to come up with the additional $1000. They actually made me come in and waste my time a second under the false pretences that they were going to make our offer happen. Then they pulled the old bate and switch in the numbers. I visted two other Mazda dealers and in describing my experience without mentioning the dealer in question. Both dealers said it had to be Mazda 23, it fits their M.O (method of operation) Some friendly advice,if your in the market for a Mazda, and you want to have a comfortable, professional honest experience Mazda 23 is not the place for this. But if your in the market to waste your time, and have these people insult your intellegence, with their silly games. Well, then this is the dealership for you. Mazda 23's dishonest sales practices are so routine and common place, that all neighboring Mazda dealers were able to name them just by the description of my experience. STAY AWAY! But if you want to be treated with some integrity and respect.. give Ramsey Mazda a shot first. Then if your not ready to buy yet then go see Mazda 23, and compare. I assure you, you will return to Ramsey Mazda for your purchase. More

This was the worst experience with a car dealership I have ever had. They gave me a low price at first, then refused to return my phone calls, and when I finally did visit the price was raised by thousan have ever had. They gave me a low price at first, then refused to return my phone calls, and when I finally did visit the price was raised by thousands. I even had an appointment to pick up the car, and no one would talk to me until I showed up and they couldn't ignore me. One car salesman also pretended to be a manager, to try and convince me to buy the car. I would never recommend this place to anyone, instead go to dealership in Ramsey, they were amazing. More

A bunch of rip off con men. I bought an Hyundai Azera there. After negotiating a price on the car they low balled me on my trade in. I mean ridiculously low. I took an hour to get a price that wasn't ter there. After negotiating a price on the car they low balled me on my trade in. I mean ridiculously low. I took an hour to get a price that wasn't terrible. Then they tried to force me to buy gap insurance. I told the salesman no, told his manager no, told the head sales manager no. I took a couple of hours to convince them that I didn't want their rust proofing or undercoating or window coating or gap insurance. I just wanted get the f* out of there with my car. They were like a bunch of deaf idiots. I was ready to go postal by the time I left there. I never saw such creeps. They also pull you to side offices up on the second floor away from the showroom where they try to sell you this crap. I am not easily intimidated, but I see how some might be. These guys have to be in the mob with the tactics they use. I'd ride a bicycle before I bought anything from these low lives. PLEASE STAY AWAY! More

Forget about this dealer. Never, on any condition go Forget about this dealer. Never, on any condition go there. My personal experience there was terrible. They allure you by putting a very low pr Forget about this dealer. Never, on any condition go there. My personal experience there was terrible. They allure you by putting a very low price in advertising but it is absolutely falsehood. When you come there they start to play a game with you - lying on every step and tout you all sorts of accessories. The best they love to sell lease. Car dealers make big money when you lease cars. So they will gain you over any possible methods...Three times I told them that I am not going to lease the car, and 3 times seller back to that idea. They will tell you that they are #1 dealer and you can get a better discount. Do not believe in it. Their sell price is exactly the same like other dealers but they are #1 because they are the best liars. If you see very good "buyer’s" impressions about this dealer do not believe this is scam. However if still has that crackpot idea to go there I will suggest you to digest the following 10 rules before going there: 1. Read this (and other pages on that web site) carefully: http://www.carbuyingtips.com/carintro.html 2. It is better to know what car do you need and exact MSRP prices are on every model. They will not tell you this. Make research about your car on the internet. 3. Bring car quotes from the other dealers! Make sure you got it with the real VIN# and stock#. It is very important when you will try to negotiate with them. 4. Do not believe anything they will tell you about a price! It is falsehood. 5. Bring your own calculator. They consciously use very old and complicated calculator to baffle you. 6. Revise every line on your invoice! Be ready to see there a full set of additional accessories like wheel locks, rain mats, spoiler, Window VIN# Etching Fee etc. Remember they cannot force you to buy it. If you really need it you always can get it at the nearest corner and it will cost much less… 7. Be patient. Be ready to hear that seller is the freshman there and needs to refine with his manager every question you asked. He will back in 10-15 min. It is a game. They will try to overbalance you… 8. If you going to take loan there read this first: http://www.carbuyingtips.com/finance.htm 9. Revise every line on your contract especially what is written small print. Remember, when you sign the contract it will be too late to change something. 10. Good luck! :) More
